Specification of work:

• Takes over and controls quantity and quality according to production orders from the warehouse and
• performs sensory and visual control of the raw materials received so that they do not contain foreign impurities, undesirable odours, moulds, etc.
• It adheres to the correct dosage of raw materials and additional components, inaccordance with valid recipes and the specified technology in the preparation of dough
• Responsible approach to the requirements imposed on compliance with technological procedures
• Ensures correct and economical handling of machinery
• Before the end of the shift, the workplace and the operated machine are put into proper cleanliness and the clean workplace is handed over to the next shift

• Manual weighing of dough pieces
• Manual shaping of dough pieces according to technological requirements
• Correct storage of shaped dough pieces into designated baskets, according to technological requirements
• Storing baskets in trolleys
• Storing dough pieces on baking sheets
• Dosing of filling into filled products
• During collection, he takes care of the correct storage of baked products in crates, according to the type of bread and its weight
• Slicing and packaging of bread
• Operation of bread making equipment
• Compliance with the principle of hygiene
• Employment contract for 2 years with the possibility of extension

Requirements for the applicant:

• Medical fitness
• Male 25-40 years
• Experience 5+ years from bakeries (large capacity) and operation of bakery machines
• Willingness to learn Czech
• Independence, diligence

Working hours:

• 1. Shift type:

Short week (Wednesday, Thursday), long week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday), break (30min) 1 shift = 12 hours (15:00-3:30)

• 2.Shift type:

8h shift – Mon-Fri + every second Saturday 18:00-2:00 (1:00-3:00) 40 hours a week
Overtime option – possible during peak hours and after agreement with the manager, possible adjustment of work. periods according to the nature of production

• The work fund is 40 hours / week, when the monthly work fund is full, overtime is paid

Monthly basic salary: 22 500 CZK gross / 19 200 CZK net / +-47000 PHP

Surcharges for:
Overtime 25%
Work on Saturday, Sunday, night 10%
Work on holidays 100%
Difficult environment 10,38 CZK/h
