Job description

Throughout the shift, the tiler provides:

• Lining of shaft bottoms with basalt, earthenware or pavement, according to the relevant drawings.
• Measurement of openings, gutters, treads according to the drawing
• Cutting of basalt blocks
• Assembly, gluing, grouting of fittings according to the technological procedure of the manufacturer of fittings
• Preparation, production of adhesives, mortar, concrete and grout needed for the assembly of basalt fittings
• Records the availability of all raw materials
• Ensures error-free and safe production operations 
• Maintains order, maintains and cleans his workplace on an ongoing basis
• Adheres to the rules of safe operation
• Adheres to device manuals
• Occasional help at another workplace according to the instructions and requirements of the supervisor 

Candidate Requirements

• Men: 25 – 40 years
• At least 3 years of experience 
• Knowledge of technical documentation
• Willingness to learn new skills and the Czech language
• Experience with other machinery in the concrete industry – an advantage  
• Excellent health, physical fitness
• Manual dexterity
• Reliable
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Incorruptness
• Diligent 

Working hours

Single-shift operation:
Monday – Friday
6:00 – 14:30
10 minute break – paid
30 minute break – unpaid
40 hours/week fundPossibility of overtime according to the volume of production and agreement with the supervisor

Monthly gross / net salary CZK, PHP: 24 500 CZK gross / 20700 CZK net / 50000 PHP
Surcharges for:
Overtime 25%
Work on Saturdays, Sundays, nights 10%
Working on holidays 100%
Difficult working environment 10,38 CZK / hour

Benefits offered

• 500 CZK /month, plus zero absence
• 0 – 2.000 CZK after 1/2 year, subject to meeting the production standard for the given period

Food

Meal allowance of 80 CZK per working day – 100% paid by the employer

Accommodation

Free – 2-3 bed rooms, toilet, shower, kitchen, WiFi. The employee pays a share/ deduction from salary of 1500 CZK from the salary for utilities – water, heating, electricity, wifi, etc.

Transport

On foot within 15 minutes or by public transport from Přelouč (12km) – The transport allowance is already included in the gross salary

Other

Flight ticket from the Philippines to the Czech Republic and back paid for by the employer after proper termination of employment (2 years)
